Funds missing at Ch ina Gaoxian, say auditors

Beleaguered S-chip, China Gaoxian Fibre Fabric Holdings, yesterday said its auditors had obtained evidence that a large sum of money was missing from the company’s coffers. In a filing to the Singapore Exchange (SGX), China Gaoxian said the aggregate cash and bank balance of the group as at Dec 31 last year was about 93 million yuan
(s$17.69 million), compared to the 1.1 billion yuan (s$209.21 million) stated in the unaudited financial statements announced on Feb 27. The Mainboard-listed firm also said it had more debt than previously disclosed.
Its outstanding bank liabilities was about 285 million yuan as at Dec 31, compared to
the 157 million yuan previously disclosed. .....

Meanwhile, its chief executive Cao Xiangbin has stepped down while chief financial
officer Raymond Wong has retired. They will be replaced by non-executive director
Jerome Tham and Mr Chen Guo Dong, who has    been assistant to Mr Wong since last January.
Two other executive directors, Mr Lau Chung Kong and Mr Liu Yijie, have also stepped down.

It is true most s-chip stink. These chinese stock are not transparent. Even their foodstuff also got problem on and off.

But don't be too sad, just follow mechanically, don't let emotion stand in the way. Have a cut loss when you buy. Never look back or chase if the stock cheong. Wait for the next opportunity to enter again or look elsewhere. If the stock cheong when you sell, that means u don't have affinity with it, so why vested in it.Buy another counter, there are many.




There is more to your life then winning and losing money.

Money missing from China Gaoxian's coffers

2 of U is right, only rubbish company is wrong :)

It may or may not affect other s-chip as many s-chip already drop like bottom shit liao.

But so many s-chip rubbish news keep coming out headline everywhere also can make investor scare of s-chip like ghost.

But to be honest, not every s-chip is bad. But almost all s-chip also didnt prove why we should trust them more than others s-chip.

We need them to prove themself why we should trust them, if not s-chip can sleep long long liao.



*I load 50 lots of LS9 at 0.200 and 30 lots of G5X at :) I will unload anytime when i shoik when its times to let go.

Some s-chip still got play value, dont scold me for playing with fire. I am a hero and a pros in hit and run. And even they gone case i also can afford so dont learn from me :)

you see, many people who lost in stocks and shares (always hoping) that their paper lost is just paper lost... when time catches up on them, then they will realise OMG.. its gone!
