Demo Trade on UJ

made another 131 pips today by buying 4 lots.


initially wanted to try Master techsys strategy (2+2 instead of 1+1)  but got  very anxious when the account exceeded $1000 in profits .... the brain screamed " its good money ...grap and run !" ....and glad that my fingers obeyed ....hahaha !



caveat emptor - paper trade by novice - for entertaiment and educational purposes -past performance is no indication of future performance ..

Demo Trade update :

yesterday : 20 + 40 = 60pips on UJ

today : 30 + 70 = 100pips on UJ

must be my lucky week ! ...hahaha !

( i feel a bit uneasy reporting this given the very bad market situation now , but, hey I am just paper trading .. )

i think something is wrong .... can get logged in with the new password , but can't see the prices or click on anything ..its not 'alive' .. had emailed support and waiting for reply ...

 

hi i've been trading Forex for a few months already..making more than my day job trading FX.. yesterday did trades on EUR/USD pairing..short all the way..shiok shiok..

using FXCM..very nice platforms..more technical trader with my stop losses in place for every trade to minimize massive losses if my entry goes awry..

but lookin @ IG markets accts as it is local..easy to withdraw my money..keke

just wondering is there a club for FX traders that I can join to share trading knowledge?

got into the SaxoWebTrader - Mini Trader , web based trading platform , with the new password .. 20days free trail ..trade from anywhere in the world !

very excited ! .... hahaha !

i do my chart reading on Interbank Fx Trader (see charts posted) . as i am accustomed and familiar to this , i think i will stick to this for all my future chart reading.


i am currently doing the Demo Trade on IGMarkets ( see account summary posted )

to get a feel for the other 'big name platform' , had signed up for SaxoWebTrader Free Trial Account on the friday . got the ID and password , but had been locked out . had emailed  the customer service to activate my account . hope to get reply tomorrow (monday)

Saxo had good reviews from cashiertan, but later he hinted that the beginners are missing something from it ....but for practise, i suppose its ok ... and ur post in the Saxo or IG  is also appreciated .

I suppose we need to get familiar with a few platforms , just in case if there is failure in one could use the other and not panic when cannot get access to the more familiar one.

As to which one I will choose for real trading .... we'll cross the bridge when we come to it .... hahaha !

(Until now I am thinking of Saxo .. unless somethings change ...*wink )
