The group achieved a 30.6% increase in revenue to RMB 327.4 million in the third quarter of the financial year
2007 (?3Q07?) compared to RMB 250.7 million in 3Q06. On a year-on-year comparison, total revenue rose 42.3%
from RMB 596.3 million in 3Q06 to RMB 848.2 million in 3Q07. Total sales volume for all the products was up
76.1% from 90,293 tons in the financial period ended 30 September 2006 to 158,998 tons in the same period
ended 30 September 2007. The main increase in sales volume was derived from sales of LPG (103.1% increase)
and propylene (76.3% increase). This is in line with the increase in the group?s 9-month raw LPG processing
capacity due to the acquisition of an additional 250,000 tonnes per annum gas fractionation facility in April 2006.
Revenue from sale of LPG rose 31.7 % to RMB 184.6 million in 3Q07 from RMB 140.2 million in 3Q06, mainly due
to increase in average selling price and sales volume. Sales of propylene increased 56.6 % to RMB 56.7 million in
3Q07 from RMB 36.2 million in 3Q06 due to increase in sales volume despite a drop in average selling price of
about 7.7%. Compared against 3Q06, revenue from sales of polypropylene rose 32.0% to RMB 86.1 million in
3Q07 mainly due to increase in sales volume.
For the 9 months ended 30 September 2007, the group?s net profit attributable to shareholders rose 46.3 % to
RMB 70.1 million as compared to RMB 47.9 million for the 9 months ended 30 September 2006. However, on a
quarter-to-quarter comparison, net profit dropped by 40.2% to RMB 15.2 million in 3Q07 from RMB 25.5 million in
3Q06. This is mainly due to lower gross margin of 8.8% in 3Q07 compared to 13.3% in 3Q06 and share issue
expenses due to initial public offering of about RMB 11.8 million. Cost of sales increased 37.4 % to RMB 298.7
million in 3Q07 from RMB 217.4 million in 3Q06 mainly due to increase in sales volume as well as increase in the
The demand for propylene and polypropylene is expected to continue its growth trends into 4Q07 buoyed by
China?s strong economic growth. The strong demand for the group?s products will drive the group?s revenue
growth.
As stated in our IPO prospectus, in order to secure and expand our raw LPG sources as well as to further diversify
revenue source, the group is setting up a joint venture with one of its strategic suppliers to construct a heavy oil
conversion facility to process heavy oil to extract raw LPG and other derivatives. A site suitable for the construction
purchasing cost of our main raw material, raw LPG.
of the above-said facility has been found and construction is expected to commence as soon as the site is ready.

anything drop below 60 cents, buy huge lots, it will not go wrong, but again, actually, if u can get some at 0.64 is good too, buy at small lots because i think it will cheong big time also... but hey, 881, I can't imagine ur holding power so weak lei...

This share behaves like a yoyo. Genuine investors will be spooked off. So volatile for no reason attracting too many day traders, gamblers & syndicate. You may think 65.5/66 is a good buy. You can even see lower when sti/dow corrects further. Day traders once they enter do not pick up shares they throw at any price at the end of the day.

Hi Cashiertan thks for yr advice ..quite happy with sino since its ipo..bought all the way fro low 55cts to 90cts and sold all when it failed to cross $1,00 having hit a high of 98cts..yesterday collected all back from 66 to 69cts collecting back...but this morning throw out 250 lots between 72 to 73.5..yeah may be wad U say is tru almost fall in love ...better wait for it to break below 70cts and buy again
