vic, your fa and ta is zun on this counter, bt no forget the word "sentiment and support".. why? for those who knew personally that guy behind gems should know that this counter is waiting for a rebound based on that guy characters, strategy plans and brains... and a lot of small players will see this counter as a bargain if hover around $0.82 cents.. then BBs will take the "ride" set by the small players (sentiments) and dump them again at higher prices.. normally, i will "think and acts" to the opposite of "normal traders"... i dun really like to follow the crowd in terms of long positions but contra one, must follow la.... have not taken a look into gems... might have to do some homework liao....

agree fully with knightrider. this counter is def down. TA or FA, there's no rebound in sight. cks, perhaps a little premature to be calling 'support lines'. there are no support lines at all: it keeps breaking through all of them. In investing, see what is, not what you want to see.

gems has only one direction long term: down. The qn left is to what level.

re: topping up account. Every $1 you put in will get you $5 limit. So to get a decent amt, you need to put in like $2k to get $10k trading limit. Bear in mind that this $$ you put with them is non-interest bearing. i.e. your $2000 is just deposit with them that earn you nothing. 

 

there's another better way. Open another account with another brokerage house, like UOBKH, KElive, whatever.... you get instantly another $20k trading limit without having to put up any money. Be warned huh (friendly reminder), please don't over trade. Make sure you can afford to pay up. The analogy is like people with many credit cards and bust all their limits with each card. They are buying things that they cannot afford.

Shijiez, all you need juz top up your acct with some cash, POEMS will adjust your limit accdgly.

 

Any idea why this counter dropped like durian? The chart looks very bad - free fall with nothing under to support.

haha...i supported by myself, internet account and 1 poems acct, which has a limit of 20k daily or every 3days or something. Haven had the time to go down to increase it...so shorting is very dangerous for me..cos always got a chance my buying limit will stop me from covering my shorts...

ay..side bets...i already lost 2 sidebets with my fren on ausp grp..i said it wunt reach 1.75 and 1.8 today...suay suay both hit....but heng i is vested in it...so lose this side bet nvm...haha
