Technically, Centillion still got lots of room for upside .....

 

Centillion has a tendency to close up the gap it has with Equation .....

 

Equation has moved up strongly ..... Centillion seems a laggard .....

 

Relatively, isn't it the gap between Centillion and Equation was closer than what it is today ?

 

Notes convertible in 2011, which means that the 30Mil USD money on-loan today, can be used immediately to improve shareholder value thru proper investment. It seems like they are very bullish about the pro-environmental and green movement to invest so much money in centillion.

Any1 has any news ? Centillion surged to 0.205 this morning, perhaps it is the article on the Edge Magazine about turnaround company. I would hope the mgt could secure more contracts or joint ventures moving forwards

NAV per share is a crude  approximation of what you would get if you fired everyone, paid off debt and sold all plant and machinery.

For companies making losses it serves a first estimate of value, if the NAV  of the comapny is low and we are paying say 20 times those assets would you really want to buy the company ? Would a business owner who wishes to take over the company pay 20 times NAV or would he say - lets forget it and buy new  plant and machinery it will turn out cheaper?
