I agree with bro Sri view but trade with caution guys. Points to note:

1) This is a speculative counter, fundamental doesn't work all the time. I posted previously there are manipulation at work.

2) What bro pastime says is true, the devil is in the execution. Dec 2013 deadline is too far away, anything could have happen.

3) don't go against the market, it's easy to get burn.

4) Never fall in love with counter, plan entry n exit plan. Be heartless

sometimes NAV is used instead. In this case for yuuzoo, I would think NAV is more applicable

Their financial standing was audited as well. I think some people has a misconception that intagible asset=goodwill. It's definitely more than that. Because of the business model, most of its assets are classified as intangible. This includes franchise fees (recurring payment from customers), intellectual property rights (website) and licenses/patent (first mover advantage in many countries by partnering with leading local players). Not to forget their  social network and  mobile technology platform.
