I don't think this calculation is correct.
10% Blumont not the same as 10% $1.60 = 16c. Only if the number of shares the same for both companies.
Blumont market cap rought $3bn now, so 10% $3bn = $300m . 5bn shares in Ipco = 6c value of Blumont assuming no loans pledged for the Blumont stake. + Inno + China gas assets, + US land + electronics business + $50m cash in the bank. Looks good.

Blumont worth $1.60, Ipco own +10%, that mean IPCO now should worth +$0.16, buy IPCO is indirect invest in Blumont(also innopac), buy IPCO need not pay for S0.16 but just $0.03 only. a huge discount. buy more and keep will slowly adjust to it fair value
Lol, my view is that. all of them including edward are working together to take ipco further. Conflicts will give investors bad sentiment.

I believe his horizon is much longer. 7 cts is nothing to him. Remember, he is investing for himself and his associates, not us.
