Manufacturing still in a slump.

Cannot expect this counter to up.

Its just not attracting the BBs as yet.

My personal view. It's still going down.

If 21cts broken down, more downside is possible. No one will know for sure.

But good to accumulate quietly below that.

Just my view. Not a buy/sell call.
