this question is not for u and the public to answer. projection of growth is a strategic matter to the company. study the annual report and roughly you will know the answer. the uptrend will continue to climb but staggard.
load up before you are left out.

RaffleEdu successful make its bullish reversal. Today it also breakout a 2nd time! Will this bullish trend continue?
read my analysis on RaffleEdu here
That is correct and especially so if the new schools can start generating profit, my question is how do we project that its earning will grow this quarter and not a year later?
this counter shd at least worth 60 cents by now if not for the pulling out of strategic investor and poor enrollment of students. this year will shine and double in price
load up before you are left out.

What's the reason for getting back into the black in this Qtr reporting?

Brokers' Take Raffles Education Corp Jan 12 close: $0.29 OCBC INVESTMENT RESEARCH, Jan 12 RAFFLES Education Corp (REC) is seeking to broaden and enhance its educational expertise with the recent launch of Raffles European Dual Academy Pte Ltd (REDA). This means that REC will be the first academy in Asia to establish and introduce the 'Duale Hochschule' model of theory-practical education (also known as Dual Education System). We view this move positively as it will provide a level of 'freshness' to REC's pedagogy and enhance its reputation as a leading private education provider. Management has guided that they have received many queries pertaining to the new programme and are on schedule to commence classes in April 2011 as previously stated. REC is currently undertaking a two-prong approach in the implementation of its REDA programme. First, it is marketing this unique programme to students to generate awareness since this is a relatively new concept in Asia. Secondly, REC is seeking to grow the membership of its partner companies as students are required to complete a supervised mentorship with a partner company for a duration of 18 months. The initial curriculum at REDA includes three-year degree programmes leading to the Bachelor of Science in International Business with specialisations in 'international marketing' and 'hotel management'. A Dual Education System (DES) has an entrenched tradition in Germany and is mainly practised in European countries such as Germany, Spain, and Switzerland. This involves alternate study phases in theory and practical experience in companies such that students will be able to gain valuable first-hand work experience and a better understanding of industry practices. We understand that REDA will provide the theoretical aspects of the programme while REC's partner companies will provide the practical aspects with real-life projects. This DES has also been adopted as part of REC's collaborative agreement with Germany's Baden-Wurttemberg Cooperative State University. We note that this collaboration is in line with the views of Singapore and Baden-Wurttemberg (a state of Germany) that the two places have many avenues to boost collaboration, with education being one of them. While we are positive on the REDA initiative in raising REC's profile and broadening its educational capabilities, we do not expect significant near-term impact on our financial forecasts. Hence we retain our estimates for now and reiterate our 'hold' rating and fair value estimate of $0.285 (based on 18x FY2011F EPS). HOLD |
