
Wee Hur Wt has a long expiry into 2014, meaning one should expect some time premium especially since we do not expect (hope) Wee Hur shares stay at the low 30 cents by the time we hit 2012 / 2013.  The warrant will likely be range bound between 6 to 7.5 cents as long as mother share hovers between 28 to 32 cents.  Frankly on conversion price of 25 cents with ratio 1:1, the warrant is relative low in price. The day Wee Hur breaks past 32 cents convincing, the warrant should see step change up.  Playing the warrant is a great leverage on mother share movement if one is bullish on Wee Hur over next 24 months.  Just my  view. Not enticement for anyone to load up.

I agree...But i dun think you can get the warrants anymore without paying a premium for it.
Why you say that ? I think current price offers good value but is this what you see too ?

Earnings to cross $30m this year. Given its strong orderbook and the 100% take-up rate for its industrial project, Harvest@Woodlands, Wee Hur’s earnings look set to break the $30m mark this year. Construction projects contributing to revenue will be mainly JCube and Trilight, worth an aggregate contract value of $233m, and an estimated $170m in sales proceeds from Harvest @Woodlands to be progressively recognised. We understand that the 483 units will be sold at an average of $400 psf, compared to the estimated development cost of $270 psf, potentially generating more than $50m in net profit. More HDB projects expected. Wee Hur will continue to tender for HDB projects. In a tender exercise last month for a 1,400-unit HDB project in Yishun, its bid was just 4% higher than the lowest bid. The public sector construction demand arising from new HDB flats is expected to be strong on the back of an average 1,800 new flats to be launched every month.
