agreed.. the company fundamentals are good.. holding on to it...
No worries.....I am already vested 50%. Now waiting for xd of capital reduction, if price slips below current price - 6cts (i.e. about 34cts), will consider putting more $$$ into this counter.
From FA perspective, I believe this is a sound company and my investment is with medium to long term view. TA is not a major consideration.

My take is, from TA point of view, move will probably be south.
From TA readings... large price movement may be due soon. Hard to tell direction of move. However, there's a slight bias towards south.

k1 move very very slowly in prices.it move 0.005 cents and must clear at normally 1+milliion share to move 0.005 cents.that why price remain stag for so long.even good news, move only 0.01cents the most.must be very patient with this hare in prices

Seems like you've done your research on this company.
Whether to buy or not, perhaps you need to ask yourself if K1 meets your investment criterias and strategy......then make a decision.
The board of K1 certainly has a good pedigree of directors.....but I doubt the ex CJ will give it much impetus......in my view, the driving force of K1 is the ex US ambassador to Spore....Green.

After reading the annual report/PL/Bal sheet/Board of Directors...the comapny look good and sound especially ex CJ just came to the board. I am sure with this stature/foresight, K1 will surely moves north.
Can somebody tell me what is the shares holding of each directors...cannot see from the report!!

accumulation of this stock has ben awhile in Sept and Oct06. With AGM approval of 6c to be paid in Dec, this stock should have more upside as selling has thinned with volume. anyway, on a macro prospective, its business is soaring as their 70% owned Helm will have bettter margins now due to lower oil prices.
