| SINGAPORE (XFN-ASIA) - DBS Group Research has upgraded its call on LottVision
Ltd, formerly Multivision, to "buy" from "hold" and raised its target price to 0.73 sgd from 0.37, backed by expectations the company will deliver stronger earnings. "We have raised our forecasts using less conservative assumptions in anticipation of strong growth in the China lottery market, which is fuelled by support from the government," DBS said in a client note. The brokerage expects the Chinese lottery industry to grow with the entry of more games, higher payout rates and a strong economy. "We have assumed that Lottvision will be able to maintain its market share and thus, grow broadly in line with industry. "Besides, there are also future growth opportunities coming from other relatively young lottery markets in the region with relatively strong GDP growth such as Philippines and Taiwan," DBS said. It said it may re-rate LottVision's earnings if the company announces any collaborations with local operators from these markets. already factor in the profit warning and drop to 0.465 and up again to 0.65.maybe will anounce good news after negative result and that why still got many bb supporting this counter even though negative results.good luck.those fellow had sell away at 0,465 after profit warning is gone already and the new holder know the negative full year result but still buy means confidence in the lottery china markets and wants to be part of the action later on.
