Common phenomenon of excessive enlarging capital is in process that SGX capital market not large enough investing fund size to accomodate it!

As at 17 September 2008 – From 9.13% to 9.22% - change in percentage level 0.09% (open market purchases by Paramount Assets Investments Pte. Ltd. of 2,000,000 UFS shares at S$0.07per share)
As at 19 March 2010 – From 9.22% to 6.63% (Issued share capital of UFS changed from 2,310,814,068 shares to 3,213,818,966 shares) - enlarged capital
Lee Pineapple Company (Pte) Limited is deemed to be interested in the shares held by Paramount Assets Investments Pte. Ltd, its wholly owned subsidiary.
Circumstances giving rise to the change in interest are due to:
a. Open market purchases - change in percentage level 0.09%
b. Due to enlarged share capital of UFS

I take it as a good news, at least as a signal for me to buy back (recover my cut losses counter back at the right price and at the right time), since this counter Unifiber by the revaluation of its asset means it turning to "ASSET PLAY" counter which has its character of very very huge potential capital gain for mid term investment say around three years!!!

Now it becomes illiquid share from previous one of the very liquid share counter........ It is well indicated that the price has come stand still to near bottom or perhaps has been rock bottom and awaiting moment of buying sentiment to push it up and gradually become very liquid again though at much much higher trading prices!.......... That is why I keep buying the illiquid shares at least they are priced all at their justified enough low or lowest prices level... Ha. ha.. ha... just to meet our equity investment principle "BUY in at LOW and SELL out at HIGH".

Asset of forest land revaluation is the main caused of the drop in NAV. However, it is priced in as such now Unifiber only price at Sgd. 0.045. So it is turned out to be a good asset play counter. Recommended buy at Sgd. 0.04 or 0.045 and hold for three years, price will easily reach >Sgd. 0.26 once the forest land appreciate revaluation again correspond to the plan that capital city of Jakarta going to move outside Java island perhaps!I myself intend to buy back when the time is right and do not mind with a little higher in buying price say Sgd. 0.06 or 0.065!

Okay, I watch and buy another counter better! I sold all my Unifiber stock already, buy back only if the price could reach Sgd. 0.10. Ha. ha.. ha...

Huh, it is such a monopoly controlled share for Unifiber, repeated again yesterday's transaction volume or even worst? From heavy trading volume becomes non traded illiquid volume....? Is something perculiar investment behaviour changing of the SGX investors?

no surprise to property market.. so STI will cheong..
At last only 100 lots done? SGX market trading volume is so thin! What is wrong with it? Is the market liquidity dry up, all suck by development countries' markets?
