For learning TA, it would be more practical to attend an classroom course like Terraseeds rather than doing by "DIY".

Hi,

I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to Mr Simon Loh and Ms Annie Pang for the seminar being held today at Springleaf Tower.

I must admit that I have understood and learned some valuable charting skills resulting from this seminar.

At the same time, I would also like to thank baseerahmed for the drinks contribution.

Once again thanks to all those (I may have left out) who have contributed to make this a success.

Cheers and have a wonderful weekend.

Thank you simonloh and fortunegal again for the great sharing session. Learn a lot today as I'm still a newbie in stock. Looking forward for more sharing session, or coffee session also can. :)

Aiyoh... you ah...  Why you so like dat?

Generally, the counters I picked are not all winners, since I don't 'hold long-long'. The longest I hold maybe is about 3 weeks. If I am the 'hold long-long'  type,  I would  probably  be a better  player.

I believe whatever stocks one buys, even in a prolonged period of a long-term bull-run, most people will end up as losers of $$$ or at best manage to breakeven.

So bearing this in mind, I find it pointless to talk about which counters I play.

Not yet holding any... but will jump in at short notice when I fancy a particular configuration... :)

If you prefer a stock tip, I would recommend you see what attendees of Simon Loh's session has to recommend.

This forum should be 'self-regulating', meaning...

since it is a forum for people involved in shares in some way or another, the members themselves should decide by consensus which threads to be allowed.

In this regard, credit must go to Elfinchilde for steering the formerly haphazard "Entertainment" posts to a proper thread... :)

3 Cheers to Simon Loh for taking the trouble to conduct this course!!!

Unfortunately, I can't make it on 24th so I hope you will conduct another one again in the near future for those who are very keen to learn.  I think I must finish reading up on Martin Pringe first, burn it and drink the water to imbibe all the techniques.  Ha, just joking...

To the rest attending, have a ball of a time!!!

fortunegal & other SJ members:

Before SJ demise under a load of rubbish just like some other good sites, I hope all serious members take a little time to report to SJ admin on objectionable postings in this forum.

Just click on Contact at the bottom of the left menu bar and you are link directly to SJ admin to make any reports to them.

I think the administrator must really do something. More users are creating more and more new threads everyday. My thread is kicked out of top 50 just within a day.

When people log in at night to read, it's gone (without a Next button to stroll to the next thread) and can't find this thread unless it is saved under my bookmarks.
