i admire you, able to hold so long... 14 years and counting. you are better than buffett. buffett bought and sold petrochina after holding it for about 3yrs yet he tell everyone to buy hold and forget.
since already hold for 14 yrs, collecting dividends yearly and bonus shares. looks like can listen to buffett, hold and forget. like buffett says, he dont care even if market closed forever. dont know whether he really mean it.

It reach target liao, everyday around S$1.08 ! By the way, I hold this stock since IPO till now around 14 yrs history, almost every year collect dividends.
Anyone pls comment, should take profit or not ? |

Today, there is a 33,000 shares buy-in by SGX for sell short ! Walau, this price still dare to sell short !

UPDATE RELATING TO CLT
(1) MAS GRANTS CONDITIONAL IN-PRINCIPLE APPROVAL TO CLT MANAGER IN
RELATION TO APPLICATION FOR CAPITAL MARKETS SERVICES LICENCE TO
CONDUCT REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST MANAGEMENT; AND
(2) MAS APPROVES CLT AS AN AUTHORISED COLLECTIVE INVESTMENT SCHEME
Capitalised terms which are used in this Announcement but not otherwise defined shall bear the same
meaning as ascribed in the Company's announcement of 1 February 2010 and in the Circular dated 1
February 2010.
The Company is pleased to update Shareholders as follows:
(a) MAS has granted conditional in-principle approval to the application by CLT's Manager for a
capital markets services licence to conduct real estate investment trust management pursuant
to the SFA; and
(b) MAS has also approved CLT as an authorised collective investment scheme under Section
286(1) of the SFA.
i am curious to know the truth about this One for One bonus issue for CWT?? as searching through the SGX company news on CWT showed no such announcement.
Already S1.07, so 1.1 is it achievable ? Going strong ! GoodLuck.

Ya, observe that too, pull back can accumulate. Just bought yesterday at $1, see strong support there. It's another strong counter, worth to invest.
today 6% gain.. wonderful..
every time this baby falls..accumulate..
