It is said that more and more branded car imported overseas, have been installed with KXD GPS car navigator's lcd tv, which KXD supply in the form of OEM, also the home LCD TV products both are having a tremendous improvement in the coming order book!!! This will bring KXD earning for next final quarter of the year 2007 and continuing to 2008 a huge positive growth!!! I shall accumulate this share till its reaching its NAV/share value of about Sgd. 0.16.

Yes, now then it is obvious the story look alike ''I 'm Technology'' go privatisation recently with Sgd. 0.17 paid out cash will be repeated applying to KXD in less than one year from now I predicted. More importantly the take over cum privatisation paid out price should be some where Sgd. 0.28 or above........ Hence, It is worth accumulating this share for long term investor!!! The price will react soon, once market taking a note of it hopefully.

if u are buy this in view of a takeover, then I don't think the probability is too high. The chairman cum CEO is holding closed to 70% of the shares. He tried to take to private few years back at $0.14 (something close to that), but fails. He virtually control the whole co. with more than 50% shares. No need for him to launch a privatisation exercise anymore.
