Sold my 'punting' lots for 3.84 this morning.
oops!! there seem to be some more sellers. Perhaps got to be abit more patient wit this counter.

From 1438hrs onwards, looks like buyers returned. Think after lunch, there were some forced selling by houses to clear positions of contra clients who could not pick up their shares.

Went in for a punt yesterday bet 3.64 - 3.66. Ave 3.644.

It feels good to hear you are making the effort to gen up on TA. The market needs you to understand it, so it is very wise of you to take this step. It makes one feel sad that some jump into the market blindly and then get bitten. Including those who are lucky first, then later also get bitten. So sad...
Thanks once again. Will be going for my tea reading class next month, hopefully will come out wiser. Paying heavily for bad buys lately, didn't make a cent at all but lost during this bull run, very fed up with myself..
Can't really tell now... have to wait for the tea leaves to settle into a readable pile first. May take a couple of weeks :)
Thanks iPunter! In fact this counter is also on my radar but I didn't have time to check yesterday. Since it has gone up so much already, what is a reasonable price to buy in then?
Yesterday it just pierced thru the resistance @3.80. If you have bought at yesterday's dip back to the old resistance, it would've been okay, but today it will be considered chasing if you enter now, although I believe there's more room to move upwards since the resistance is demolished.
Is it too late to buy in?
Sold 10% of my holdings in this counter at 3.96........take some profit for Xmas.
But the price shot up by 14cts already. Over reaction?
Sembcorp Ind to unwind its investment in Wuxi Gdn City Mall Hotel and will write back S$83m which will be reflected as an extraordinary gain for FY2006.
This write back works out to be approx 4.7cts per share.
Sharp price change may occur soon... I think direction of change MAY be northwards. Keep this one in view for the time being.
