simply because not everything can be known...
Best is to trade strictly by the chart, which says all...

EPS of sound global is about 4.9 cents. 0.049 x 15 times = 0.735 . How far can it go?

I think oil related business such as Semb marine,Semb corp &
Kep corp are much stable ..
IF New Govt = New Tender = Awarded to Americans/others not necessarily Hyflux. There is no rule of law under Gadaffi so every contract signed is invalid under new regime.

Could be due to Middle East unrest. Quite similar trend like Sound Global drop from 90 cents to 57.5 cents. Don't know when will it rebounce???
