Yes thats one of the purpose of their listing in KRX .. there is one other main reason but I wont say here yet cause its speculative.

Pretty similar to Parallel imports or OEM products. You can buy ChinaGX shares here at SGX and sell them at KRX. Investors who have bullets to hold will do that if or I should say when they are very confident that th share px listed in KRX will be much higher than current price now in SGX.

The investors are able to convert their ordinary shares into Depositoy receipt and access to either SGX or KRX to trade.
Example : CGX currently trading at SGX at $0.50. At Korea the CGX after converted to Singapore Dollar is $0.65.
You can convert your share into DR and transfer to KRX to sell within 3 business days and vice versa.

SINGAPORE, Dec 31 - Shares of Singapore-listed fabric maker China Gaoxian rose as much as 5 percent on Friday to its record high after it said it hoped to price its Korea depository receipts at a premium to its Singapore stock price. At 0200 GMT, China Gaoxian shares were traded at S$0.40, or up 2.6 percent, with over 16 million shares changing hands.
"Investors are hoping that the Korean listing will boost its share price here in Singapore, since unlike Taiwan, KDRs are fungible," said a local trader. KDRs are fungible in that Investors will be able to convert them into ordinary shares and vice versa
