Seems like BBs accumulating recently....
cpl is learning from PAP. They are trying to re-portfolio their investment. They had let go a land and JV , total 100m. Due to better exchange rates, their profit will be much higher. So , able to use it for the project in sg., without touching the OD. I think is a good moves. Reduce less exposure in china( except for value home) and increased in office building. Should able to see the price ,moving up gradually. and hang around.

Assumption a rich fella accumulated 1 million shares at 3.18 and stay invested till 4.18 ...... that will be a cool $1 million profit ..... probably than physical property investment .....

Upon Completion, BR Properties and Shanghai Guang Nan will cease to be subsidiaries of CapitaLand. (closing price: S$3.17)

Latest news spreading that china will be in recession in months ahead. Due to excessive control measures. So, as i had mentioned, the chinese will likely to 1) let the yuan float 2) reduce rates - to let buyers take the empty units. In matters of time, china will still the best bet now. Will again seeing the cpl tomorow moving upa little, but not much.
Capitaland moving up? Please take a look at the chart.
a day once a while move up does not mean its moving up. optimism is good but not in investment.

i don bais any shorter. MArket is a gamble place. Eitherprice up or down. Like casinos,. there is no reason to hate those who bet against u.....Just my point sharing with those who interested tp invest in the sg market. Not only in cpl but overall market ...
