BT I suspect today might have short cover on gensp, look at the volume few days back, i think there are shortist during 27/28 oct.
when is the buy back time frame? T+3? or up to the exchange?

Thats the outlook for STI. Individual stocks may behave differently.
BullishTempo ( Date: 02-Nov-2010 08:37) Posted:
No answer?
I expect STI to open flat at best, gap-down possible.
No big actions today expected due to the big day tomorrow. |

Goods news means nothing during critical days like today and tomorrow since QE2's fear factor needs to be play in.
Today should be bargain hunting on those stock which will be short and a bit of those good stock which pending news release in couple of days.
Dun forget, market is full of retail investor yesterday, they are those ksks uncles and anties who run faster than anyone of us, tho their age mightbe catching up,,haha.
I will still be looking at Gensp, Yangzijian, Cosco and GoldenAgri, but unlikely to enter today
BullishTempo ( Date: 02-Nov-2010 08:13) Posted:
Yes one good news not necessarily up! Remember my constant reminder about QE2 announcement tomorrow. And STI resistance at 3200 points. What is the STI closing yesterday?
bladez87 ( Date: 02-Nov-2010 08:09) Posted:
djia surge followed by profit taking i guess. closing recovered some grounds. sti surge and maintain at high level. minimal signs of profit taking ytd. probably surge a little today with a gap up then profit take down? the possibility of down is strong than up i guess. but with a few good news on the US side, i wonder why their DJIA dropped. |
