Hi Guys, don't get all hyped up with the billion dollar REVENUE, they can say what they want but in the end the bottom line is the PROFIT.  How much money will come to the shareholders.  Be clear about this. Time will tell.
Cheers.

yup i know. the billion dollar thing has been brought up before. thanks for the advise though.

i'm still starting out only and welcome advise from the more veterans here. Bought this one on Technical analysis. so we'll seen again. seems to have long term value for now though. gotta go back and look at fundamentals.

Hi Bro, you misunderstand. Target price is 77.5cents now.

Revenue will double in 2 years which is according to the 1billion ambition set by Ausgroup. Once revenue double in 2 years, it is not 77.5cents, it will 1.40 dollars

haha don't forget the most important part. the target price is set to be realised in two years.

" With a strong earnings growth profile, AusGroup joins our top picks with a high potential to double in two years," DMG said

PE low

" With a strong earnings growth profile, AusGroup joins our top picks with a high potential to double in two years," DMG said. The broker added that AusGroup was trading at a 6.6 times historical price-earnings ratio and 4.9 times forward PE.

aimtowin, thx for the rpt by DMG. Its impt so other house will follow suit to initiate coverage & ratings. So just imagine when BBs or retail investors read the rpt, naturally they will chase buys since still so cheap now.

i think thats what the new ceo wants...share price to go up and reflects its fair value, make both mgmt & s/holders happy. What he needs to do now to spike further is to announce few projects in the pipeline.

Hv u ask yrself, what if after the coy do due diligence or the reverse takeover is a no go, or s/holders vote against it?  Not to be overly worry, cos it will remain in sti and the share price wont go down like before unless it is losing money...what can i say, smart shrewd ceo, either way it goes, he claim credit
