Old fool, how come it keep going down... Many can buy cheaper why you never tell them? You ask people to buy from $4 to under now $3.... Can save a lot you know... lol

Ending with increasing value (as mention before) of the yuan, to curb inflation. 3) US disappointing figures are 100% political motivated. Some opppose the present president not to re-elected. So they against the debt ceiling. So in return, in order to make the opposition to give way- to give a weak reports. Just to tell them, that if they do not agree the debt ceiling icrease, they are reponsible. Ending the opposition will agree at the " last min" in july- where the bull set in. Overall, fundamentals are in the right place, this happens cos this is the periods that most traders avoid the market, and have to create tumoils for all to hide. Depressing prices are picking up by the funds. Will witness in july onwards, whether what i was told was right. They will not allow china to overtake their statues. 4) europe- PIGS will be saved by IMF and EU. Loans given to them are not free . They have to pay back with interest. So IMF will benifit. If that not happen, chinese will be grate to " lend " them . This will make China a " powerful: figure in Europe. This is a threaten to the US. Remember IMF major holdwe is America. Die die also cannot let china invlove. 5) China will used their resreve to invrease the people purchasing power- to overtake US econmy. Thats is the main objectives in China policy. The chinese.wants to become no1.my friends re afirm that they had been " ordered" to transfer their fungs back to asia. 1) yuan is trading up 2) bulls will begin inasia soon.. most in 3rd quarter, when the FEd begin with 25 basic points rise . Obama will not be re-elected . overall, i was told not to believe the news . They are commentors employed by the funds. They are told what to say- to create opportunies for the funds and BBs. As we had seen in CPL. Huge volume is transacted has been 3fold than last few months. the funds are " quietly" accumulate.  tired lao. continued tomorow.

earlier when sudden forces down to 2.99 level. Sudden change in direction,. Buyers begin to pick it up and shot back to 3.02. Now in higher demand at 3.01. Very hard to say. MAy go up to resistance at 3.08. At that level, much depends on the market. ( i think, as i not expect in monitoring mood swing). For me, i load in another tens of lots at 3.00 level.

 

Finally reached 3.00....will go down further or rebound from here?

Capitaland buys china firm for S$72 million



CapitaLand Ltd, Southeast Asia’s largest property developer, has acquired a 100 percent stake in Wuhan Kaihui Real Estate Co. for approximately RMB361 million (S$72 million).

The Chinese company owns a 124,737 sq m land plot in the Caidian District in Wuhan and plans to develop the land into 2,000 value homes, which will be led by CapitaLand's subsidiary, CapitaValue Homes.

CapitaLand said the stake will be held by the company through its wholly-owned unit, Bellevale Ltd, and added that the acquisition is not expected to have material impact on the company’s net tangible assets in the financial year.

In addition, CapitaValue Homes recently purchased a 65 percent stake in Quoc Cuong Sai Gon in Vietnam to lead the development of around 800 homes in Ho Chi Minh City.
