Olam is looking at making a triple top, crossover is bullish but u don't know whether it will test and breakout from the recent 2 peaks, it didn't hold beyond 3.37 if i recall correctly. Pls lookup the charts, you'll understand better. Like is one thing, being rational is another.
Recognise that late arrivals may not be duely rewarded, am learning that too to avoid making mistakes. ie. sembcorp marine i feel its too late to enter nw, just let it set sail then

Keke whenever Bullish posts his holdings, u find those counters really don't wait for the late arrivals. Lol. oh btw what's with keppeland these days, due to its gd launch sales in Tianjin? I'd cut loss when 3rd qtr fell short.
With greater clarity today on USD vs precious metals (silver's a great unsung hedge) direction near term usd index 75 closing in, I bot golden-agri this morning 0.705 to hold mid term. Decided better to buy on a day of consolidation with a clear mind rather than chase buy yesterday since Poems' manual buy order entry can never quite catch up with rising price or a falling blade with no direct buy/sell market price option (unless bid higher to jump q). Learnt to know the limitations of this trading platform and past experiences on it.
BT regarding GoldenAgri, should earnings fall short of consensus due to forex losses somewhat like IndoAgri, will i be on the right track to hedge with short on cfd and cover quickly (able to react fast enough on this option) or add on to holdings at dip since commodities rebound fast?
yes Olam is a gd company to invest in, personally i like the business and mgt. ;) Been riding in and out of it since middle of the yr.

Ample notice, ample time given for those 3 counters for the active followers of this thread.
You can hedge using a short or hedge using a position in another sector insensitive to forex fluctuations.
