Noble’s Exec Chairman Tobias Brown quits
Wednesday, 03 November 2010 08:30
Noble Group says Tobias Brown, Executive Chairman, will, by mutual agreement, cease his executive duties with immediate effect.
In a joint statement released by Noble, Richard Elman, Chairman
Emeritus, and Brown confirmed that they have mutually agreed that,
since Brown’s appointment in early September, “the practical realities
of running Noble with both an Executive Chairman and a CEO are not
compatible with the optimal operations of the group”.
Peter James O’Donnell, who served as Senior Executive Vice
President in the office of the Chairman, will also cease his executive
role.
In addition, Brown and O’Donnell will resign as directors of Noble with immediate effect.
Noble says a committee of the Noble Board will be formed to
identify a suitable candidate as a new Non-Executive Chairman. In the
interim, Elman will assume the role as non-executive Chairman and will
provide strategic support to Ricardo Leiman, who will continue his
leadership role as Chief Executive Officer.
“Mr. Brown and Mr. Elman would like to stress that this agreement
was made after a great deal of soul-searching by each party and the
Board. Both Mr. Elman and Mr. Brown are keenly aware of the need for a
flat nimble corporate structure and felt that these steps were the best
for shareholders. All parties stress they maintain deep respect for one
another,” the press release adds.
Tonight got job data. If not up to expectations then might wipe out some gains from last night. We'll miss one more day of rally :(

I superman no sleep also can. I see, meaning he buy and sell at the same day? Correct? Or he buy then quickly sell before buying again. If not, when you buy from different dates will average out the px. Or there is a platform which allows u to do so?

whoa genius, u don't need to Zzzz? Cannotfind always buy -> sell in batches at diff prices and volume every few days.
Depends on how much one accumulates at and investm strategy right? You can execute sell order at different prices within the Same day your brokerage will charge jus $25 flat fee (ie. via online trading) for selling of the Same counter.
