thaibev long term debt/ net income = 3.5X  whereas olam's  long term debt/ net income is close to 20X.

the business is simple-- a cash cow, pe is okay, long term debt is 3.5 times of net income and dividend is decent though not impressive.
vested for 15,000 shares @ 0.47.  Don't know if the price is good enough. If it drops further, i will accumulate the price below 0.4 again.
 
Did not manage to get at matching. Suddenly jumped 1 bid to close at 0.475.
Personal point of view should take profit for those vested at 42.5 to 45. Hold the profit and wait for another wave of downtown. Expect drop back to 42.5 or below. Spin off the properties. Business will not be. Easy.to complete by couple of months. Patient on this counter..
Wait for matching then buy better price.

if holding for long term, current price is consider quite a bargain ba, a few cents diff doesn't hurt much..would never know, when ki siao bull till dunno where again
but today is friday leh and last day of trading date of the month.  Window dressing right?  and monday will be holiday in us...
 
should wait until monday?
may be i queue again at 47.5, just take it to buy back what i have oversell at 49.5....

Life goes on..... market will still remains thirsty..... I can presume that Thai Beverage would still be alright dealing with reasonable alcoholic excise tax policy being  revised over  time.....
is coming 0.47 are you in?
