incase you guy do not know who is chan ewe teik and ko beng soo, please read the link, they are white knight and investor. I am not surprise they do married deal because they can used their money for other investment. I think the married deal maybe good for Banjoo and is a win win for Chan.

I read in Biz Times dated 15-16 weekend..can recall the 145mil pte placement at 2.5cts each to Chan Ewe Teik and Ko Beng Soo (105mil for Chan and 40mil for Ko) approved on EGM dated 25 June...Chan Ewe Teik has cashed out 50mil of Banjoo shares on 10sept ..wow profit of about (18.5-2.5cts)x 50mil=profit of $8mil immediately against their cost of $3,625,000 i.e a45mil shares at 2.5cts...no wonder the rich gets richer...but as shreholders shd view this sale as good as BJ did not drop back to low of 15cts and that the selling is well absorbed.Given the 2 pte placement will naturally be tempted to take back > their cost as BJ;s market price of 17,5cts verses their cost of only 2,5cts each share
