IPO pricing set to close on noon, next Tues, March 5, expected listing, trading slated for on March 7, 2013., afternoon at 14:00 hours.
Mapletree is offering about 1.73 bil units. Price at max-0.93 each.
Just sharing n discipating infomation.

Refreshing reminder....is all about risk appetite..There is many kind and type of Players --mainly pessimistic or other type optimistic.
many try, many fail and yet many paid heavily to learn....humm.
Got profit take some n always leave some, losses..??. learn to cut loss.
buying shr that one can afford to loss or hold and not to loss over sleep. or
Missed boat or profit had been taken?, there is always next opportunities.
pls do own homework n best decide by mkt players - is very personnal

what's the likelihood of this China mapletree IPO opening below it's ipo price on it's debut?
The land lease with expired in 2047 and 2053 for both properties respectively ! Any opinions on this issue ?

Mapletree is offering about 1.73 billion units in a range of min-S$0.88-max-0.93 each, putting the total deal at up to S$1.6 billion ($.1.3 billion), according to a prospectus of the IPO filed.
Quote: Mapletree Greater China Commercial Trust Management Ltd., as mgr of Mapletree Greater China Commercial Trust (“MGCCT”),is making an offering of 776,636,000 units representing undivided interests in MGCCT for subscription at the Offering Price.
The Offering consists of
(i) an int'l placement of 511,279,000 Units to investors, includinginstitutional and other investors in Singapore and (ii) an “Public Offer” offering of 265,357,000 Units to the public in Singapore of which 50,304,000 Units will be reserved for subscription by the directors, mgt, employees & business associates of Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd (“MIPL” or the “Sponsor”) and its subsidiaries (the “Reserved Units”).
Citigroup, DBS, Goldman Sachs and HSBC were hired to manage the offering.

I took profit at 29 cents entering 27 first 10 min morning and out 10 minutes later, 150 lots. Can retire today, hahaha. Huat arh..
