Slowly climbing up without ppls noticed. Today highest .36. Now at .345. Hope it can reach the short term goal of .38 soon then long term goal

 

Anyone have any ideas why it go up?? .345 highest and had lot of volume

 

Wow today it hit .325 highest and close at .305. It is moving slowly up.

Singapore Exchange Main Board-listed TT International Limited (?TT International? or ?the Company?), a leading international trader and distributor of consumer electronics, announced today that, further to the previous announcement dated 21 February 2007, the Company has executed a definitive Sale & Purchase Agreement (the ?SPA?) to acquire the assets and businesses relating to the wholesale and retail of household and custom-made furniture and furnishings assets (the ?Furniture Assets and Businesses?) from Novena Holdings Limited (the ?Vendor?). The transfer of the Furniture Assets and Businesses to the Company will be effected through the acquisition of all the Vendor?s shareholdings (the ?Sale Shares?) in the following furniture companies, which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Vendor: - (a) Novena Furnishing Centre Pte Ltd; (b) Castilla Design Pte Ltd; (c) The White Collection Pte Ltd; (d) Natural Living Pte Ltd; (e) Living Lifestyle Pte Ltd; and (f) Poya Communications Pte Ltd. I agree with you, Teeth53. No harm holding some if you have the means and wait for the announcement of their plans.

 

It is only right and very likely those three (3) BBs has big, big plan well oredi ahead of us, well B4 we know (before, now and after) this acquisition execises, how well (their) such plan can be execute to serve their interest best, they know best that we don know, by June,can tompnag along the way.

IMPORTANT THING: Homework on  the ACQUISITION.

OHL, Mr Toh and  TT Int Boss must have done their homework on how best their vested interest can best serve them out during this acquisition times, since OHL came on board, TTI trading price has seen some appreciation in term pf capital value gain recently on news of this acquisition, gain may appreciate giving  flavourable condition on how serious OHL would want to complete this acquisition and how far more his brand name Akira to be establish over mid term. while on short term, news during this trying times and on completion of this acquisition do show those BBs is very serious going about doing their acquisition work for them. (Three BBs is better then one).

Meanwhile, hope on completion of this acquisition, more price appreciate and everybody is happy, reminded me of recent acquisition of SM Summit. Just sharing my tot (personnal opinion only).
