Now might be a good time to accumulate on oil related stocks. We are going into winter and hurricane season at year end. Oil price should stay high for the next 4 years. I won't be suprised SPC share hit $6 by year end.
Today end with alot of nine +29.95 pts to sti 2,359 (another nine) with 992.8 million shares traded. tme touch one billion???

if strong rise in price is not accompanied by large trading volume of > 1 billion ... this will not signal bottom out
STI today will be up 40 points at least due to strong DOW performance. But be cautious that this may not signal the end of the bearish period.
