This stock might be cheap, but i surely wouldn't want to invest in this stock. Beginner Investor should beware. Looking at the annual report reveal all the problem in this company.

I think is too dangerous to speculate in this counter as it may not survive.

Perhaps is time to look at other counters such as Lafe Corporation or Yong Nam.

The drop recently...!!!!

Due to the speculative nature of the un-arrival of the promises good and with some help from sub-prime woes, it reach a high of 7-8ct, then downhill was forestall at about 5-6ct before it slowly slide toward 3-4ct, then for yet another un-arrival of promise good, it contiune it slide to 1.5-2ct before it touch down at one (1) cent.

Hope it help to Answer Y? Y? Y? px keep on droping......Cheer. Have a happy new year.

The company continued to make losses, and had a NEGATIVE equity to the tune of $2.785m as at 31Dec08, and still owed banks some $3.8m. What is most amazing is that Digiland International had a mind-boggling 8,526.0m issued shares outstanding as at 31Dec08. So even at a share price of $0.005, the company still carries at a market cap. of $42.63m.

So many silly people are willing to pay $0.005 for a share that is technically worth nothing! Theoretically speaking, such people would stand to lose 100% of their investments, if suddenly others wake up and stop buying at $0.005/share, or if any creditor of the company decides to push for its liquidation.

My point of view only, no offend, this one gone case, same fate as MDR.

Collect the share script from CDP and use it to clean backside, safe some cost to buy toilet paper.

can't get out as there is no buyer Smiley

Now need to wait for the next super bull or a good news like RTO.

I suggest you get out of this counter if you can.

Company has been making losses since 2008 and the price has not move much since then.

Their services and products are pretty common in this competitive industry.

There is also no clear direction from the top management.

This failed attempt to issue Rights is a sign that they could be having financial difficulty.

This is my personal analysis, you invest at your own risk.

Good luck.

This burger dam "malu", still dare to issue placement share or rights, and then REJECTED by MAS or SGX. die liao la !

Same category as MDR. Should write-off or delisted, what an eye-sore in the SGX list !!!

They can do share consolidation before applying again for the right. The risk is the price may still fall back to 0.5c after the consolidation.
