Hi Forrest, It is not easy to get a 'perfect' timing of the Markets. As long as you're making money and keep protecting your Capital, you'll perform well and survive the rules of the jungle. Cheers!!!!

Analyst target - $3.40  !   I bought at $2.60. Cheers to all those vested !  Can also indulge in chilli crab like jackjames landlord liao....  So, jackjames, how is you HDB viewing at Toh Guan ?  I think this area the prices is much higher than other areas.  Why are you not considering Jurong East which should be cheaper... but of course older estate as compared to Toh Guan.

The new person taking over Mr Lee is very good at profits & numbers. I think this counter can be very "defensive" in terms of bad times under the new ruler.

This stock has not drawn so much excitment until only of late. What would be a fair price for this stock? I do not think there is going to be much upside in the next year, what do you guys/gals think?

Malaysian and Singaporean hands on hands ~ Isn't that a beautiful pictures? heee... by the way, Singtel doesnt need to enter Malaysia Tel Business lo.. because there is not much tel business there, unless Singtel goes and buy Telekom, DigiMobile, and Maxis.. then, it makes sense.. :)

Very unlikely unless M'sian Telcos are also calling for tenders.

BTW what has Genting's win got to do with SingTel's entry to M'sian Telco Business???????????????????

Under value when DB made public their reports. At $3.40 is fair valuation to me (unless there're more good news). Anyway, it is just an opinion. cheers!
