Seems like Comfort is rising while the rest of the market is falling. Good sign!!

 

Good observation!

In fact, what I see in ComfortDelgro now is what we call a divergence. A good TA buy signal. But the stock price is still downtrending - which is very good!

The issue here is simply when to buy!

I would probably watch closely to see what happens today or tommorow. I would buy if these 3 things happen -

(1) If the price in the afternoon is closer to the day's high than the day's low
(2) The price in the afternoon is higher than yesterday's close
(3) Supported by good volumes

I am always wary of people who tell me that its good to buy in at a certain price level. I'm more of a trend person. Thats the only thing I care about.

 

I believe it still has Section 44 tax credits, so many shareholders, especially small investors, stand to pocket a tax windfall as firms use up the tax credits by handing out generous dividends. deadline is dec2007 

 

wanted to acquire this counter last week at ard 1.59 but was discourage by trader who mentioned that 1.55 is a good price to go in. Having said so, if this counter is still on uptrend, what would be a good price to acquire ? $1.61 ?

 

Comfort doing well today. I believe uptrend set to continue

 

Hi lookseeonly, to reply to your question - yes, after 5 pm, there was a transaction of 1.09 million shares done at $6.30.  Must be fund manager who is so bullish - probably knowing that the CaptialRetailChinaTrust would do very well when listed ?

 

1.65 is a good price to sell at! Congrats!



I think Comfort has some more upside still.
