Last year total dividend payout 1.5 cent which is 11% yield base on lowest price of around 13cent share price.
If dividend stays same rate base on 24.5 now, the dividend yield is still a decent 4%.
Holding 12mil cash, what are they going to do?
No debts no borrowings.
Raise funds through placements? unlikely as they do not need cash...But what if someone who likes F& B business approaches them for a stake?
Privatisation? Likely because company keeps buying back shares all the way till recently at around 20cent
Placements? If so, then privatisation wont be on the cards. But placement to who? I can only think of prominent one Sam Goi
Sam Goi has recently purchased Tung Lok if I am not wrong.
Just pure guess........marching on towards 30

minimum one bowl costs $48
that's the price
