I kinda thought that the news they release is rather clear where this company is heading towards. If not, there is no need for clarification.

no eye see
there are many choices and candidates  where RTO is attractive...no need to fulfil the catalist requirement of 0.20cts....do u think they may consider switching to other candidate for RTO ....since the agreement is non-binding.
Will Tan use Albedo as his investment arm n turn it into a REIT land industries play one fine day??. Step by step the picture will be more clearer.
accelerating uphill is always a tiring journey. decelerating downhill need almost no effort..
Any investors thinking, can only go for it, long term Like Tan himself to reap what he vest for...
With huge land bank. 5 plus 2 more...?. Tan have more than enuff $ to develop them in phases.
Taking over Albedo is just a beginning, initial first step in his plan through back door listing here in SGX-ST.

Either way. When dust settle, It will be good when Albedo can be revisit n revise with a new appropriate concrete plan.

I agreed with bro cheesykian... now market fear of penny stocks and also some negative feedback/post on this forum on Albedo... it is the fear factor.

I share your acumen. It's short term fear and technical reaction

It may be paradoxical to say that if not successful, the price of Albedo may climb up.   But if its is successful in the land deal, the price will also climb up. Just wait a while for the fears in the Singapore stock market to subside.

Tan may want to develop the land he own,, it will only benefit shareholders with huge land bank available.

So far not clear on whether the land deal can succeed or not as approval has to be obtained from shareholders, right?
Revisit n reveal the plan since it a M.O.U. it a reverse take over of Albedo by Tan investment arm. I can see perhaps Albedo benefit over long term.
Heading towards $0.0224??
Albedo: To Acquire Iskandar Land For 34.6 Billion Shares At S$0.0224 Each
If issuing cheap shares for an undervalue purchase, it will be beneficial to the shareholders and the company!! That is my reason for the believe!!
I personally believe that if the development at Iskandar attracts global interests, and Albedo succeeded in clinching big land deals, shareholders would want to hold on and reap big profits in the near future.
cant think of supporting statement to derail the deal though. for long term perspective  i think dato has more interest vested in coming into sgx than looking at current market px.
just to justify the statement
" The company, Albedo, a steel and raw materials trader, has signed a non-binding deal with Temasya Cergas, a private vehicle of Tan, 58, a prominent property developer. Under the proposed deal, Albedo would buy the five sites in Iskandar?s key Nusajaya zone in Johor, Malaysia, by issuing new Albedo shares ? a move which could result in a ?reverse takeover?."
