Your friend is absolutely right. Simple theory, 38cents to 70cents is about 84% profit margin. 54cents to 70cents is only left 30%. The risk is increase when price increase and profit getting lesser... holding price at 38cents and holding price at 54cents, mental and self-control is totally different.
So I seldom sell and buy back. Buy in, analyse, set target price and stick with target price and sell at target price. Of course, the target price must be reasonable with some discount since cannot expect to sell the share at peak price.

CIMB also need to pay for Market Depth Subscription
Brokers will offer some tools. One of the tools are called " market depth" which allow you to see the number of lots queue at 10bid buy and 10bid sell. You have to pay money to apply it. I heard CIMB offer free to their client.

Nobody will know how is tomorrow. But very likely will be stagnant, unless minor shareholders are confidence and eat the share fast till BB come out to push. But today trading doesn't show the strong support from minor shareholders and BB are not active in the afternoon section.
After 50cents, my attenna is not working anymore. Volumes are too heavily traded.
However, we still can smell something. If tomorrow morning trading activity is still strong in the morning, more than 20000lots are traded, we can hope rally in the afternoon or friday morning.
Otherwise, just be patient...

BBs will continue play, so will ceo continue support at 0.54 lvl?
this laurie guy means biz...he is warding off BBs from playing it too low...but is his bullets enough? besides robert stopped BBs playing wilmar too low, he's the man!

Btw, i thought it wil be rallied to at least 56cents today as i saw it reached 50cents. Unfortunately it dropped. So any idea hows tomorrow direction? I guess it wil be quiet. From my 2cents view, Australia announced cut rates, to help in market growing, so will it somehow help to make this share rise also? I sincerely hope it can goesup by this Fri...my average price is 55.5 cents.. i have to let go by this fri.. not i lost my patient but it is just i cant hold tat long d...

confident 0.59 shld ok, cos previous resist there. then maybe roller coaster again before moving up but may slow down speed rate as i highlighted agm 3 wks, means BBs got 3 wks to play...as i dont think ceo got alot to brief dual list as he oredi said early stage...
60% ? i dont think so man...they cant spend so much on buy bks
