Starts from the very basic.
5 people in a group namely a,b,c,d,e...a will buy from b...be will buy from c...e will buy from a and so on. Money circulation continues...
One day...another group comes in...new group sells very very very cheap...a starts to buy from the new group...so is b...so is c and so on...but no one buy from a,b,c,d,e.
The new group earns the money...very rich...the old group has no income...very poor.
If this scenario comprises of ten old groups buying from this new group...and it keeps continue...all the money goes into the new group...how will the ten old groups become rich...or even survive? Any solution...anyone?

Dow future in red again. Today stock pricing looks cheap fr quite a number of the counters................alot of people must have pick up cheap stock.
But there is a say:
"It isn't as important to buy as cheap as possible as it is to buy at the right time."
Hahaha... must be the FrappuccinoŽ... hehehe...
After sitting in Starbucks the whole evening drinking nothing on but that, sleep is not easy...

Unemployment reported..., economy reported suggesting news out do not sound good. NTUC Deputy Sec-Gen said...Ms Halimah Yacob cited recent Data showed a DOUBLING OF THOSE CLASSSIED AS LONG TERM UNEMPLOYED: 16,000 WORKERS TOOK MORE THAN 25 WEEKS TO FIND A JOB - UP FROM 7,500 A YEAR AGO.
Joshua Shapiro mentioned, chief U.S. economist at Maria Fiorini Ramirez Inc. "I think people have confused that transition with the beginning of a recovery."
Enough optimism remains in place and enough government money will flood the system - that a bigger selloff can probably be avoided, said Gary Webb, CEO at Webb Financial Grp.
Reminded me of those few green shoot as.....isit for real recovery this year. (I think not). However year end windows dressing for stocks remain positive in outlook.

The whole idea of boosting the economy is so that the consumers are again able to splurge and spend like hell like before...
But will that happen soon?
The economy will only recover if that is really happening (think recession, unemployment rise, foreclosures),
But the effects of the big meltdown has had no chance to even seep into the ground yet, and then the stimulus and bailouts came in to 'overtake' events...
