Ying Li and Yanlord pose to correct before any further upside.Beware of broker house buy call as only time will tell.

Greater retail interest in this counter may not be favourable trade with care.

YingLi is performing well and possible moving fast up today.

Ying Li had been holding well but did not move up after the announcement.....likely to do so if no negative news.....like it because of high rnav and recurring income from rentals and proprty value likely to appreciate further due to the fact that sichuan is still a 2nd or 3rd tier city and it is growing at twice the gdp of china....

Asia shares up on Chinese bank rule changes

HONG KONG -  Asian shares ended higher on Friday, after changes in Chinese bank rules and gains on Wall Street.

Chinese shares gained more than one per cent, led by banking and property stocks with the Shanghai Composite Index, which covers both A and B shares, closing up 1.25 per cent, or 30.08 points, at 2,439.63 on heavy turnover of 121.5 billion yuan (S$24 billion).

China's central bank cut the reserve requirement ratio for commercial banks by 50 basis points from Friday to ease restrictions on lending and give the domestic economy a boost.

" We expect blue chips to lead the broader market higher in the coming weeks amid growing expectations of more policy easing," Wang Weijun, an analyst at Zheshang Securities, told Dow Jones Newswires.

..HONG KONG (MarketWatch) -- Shanghai will soon allow those without local residential permits to buy second homes if they've lived in the city for more than three years, marking a loosening of restrictions put in place slightly over a year ago, the Shanghai Securities News said Wednesday. Shanghai allows families with residence permits to own up to two properties, while those that can prove they've paid taxes in the city for the past three years but don't hold official Shanghai residence are limited to a single home under regulations enacted in January 2011. The state-media report attributed the unwinding of the policy to an unidentified official from a Shanghai city department that regulates housing.

Syndicated in property term means pulling another interested parties together and venture into a big project/share project.

No problem, every property will be under different Ying Li subsidiary so having a loan is very normal. (Just as different condo project will couple with one entity)

jamesng      ( Date: 20-Feb-2012 00:21) Posted:

what does this mean? $700m syndicated loan - new stripes of finance indicating Going Concern of the entity in the coming years,

Will ying li had problem??
