Pte placement is gd for the co but will not be 0.075cts..about 10% discount from last traded price 20.5cts..unless it was agreed way back...look at yongnam after pte placement shares shoot up...jade may have to do something to its share price to get the financing

 

Need a lot of cash if it is buying a new company...

Ans: Not necessary. You can be a buy and hold long term investor and still make monies also

When people keep buying on rumours, it's advisable to sell.
Ans: It depends on your strategy. If it is juz the beginning you may wanna hold on awhile but if the rumor trend has been going on for quite sometime the share price would have reach certain stage and it may now be advisable to sell provided you are not a long term investor. JapanLand rose on some guy stories and every1 is like a herd buy in and I wonder how much that guy earned playing with the stock :)

Ans: It depends on your strategy again. In general if it is a Profit Guidance or Warning ppl may wanna sell as the financials of that stock has taken a dive. But sometimes you need to read the financials to understand why the revenue is taking a dive.

If it it XD then of cuz ppl will sell as their dividends have been locked in. But if you are long term investor you treat it like a interest bearing FD stock and hold on as long as the financial does not go down in flames :)
