EASTERN HOLDINGS, it has quite a few pieces of properties secured at low prices quite sometimes ago, and also recently it has secured some good location properties, with good chance of getting good prices when launch in due time. Invite further comment.
Lian Beng, I beleieve it has potential to move higher as it has secured good contracts , and also IR contract, and also secured quite a few properties with good potential for getting good prices in the coming months.

a company like Lian Beng, 58.5million, worth value 0.55 in this stage, with sub prime issue ahead.

U really have insider news ah? Damn chun with the price movement.
58 million is equivalent to build one condo project. for IR, the quote is very cheap. The sand had blown out their budget by 1 over billions in construction. To build thing on reclaimed land is not easy and worst it is next to the sea, it need lot of expertise especially building under ground carpark or whatever due to the watertable issue and weak soil. I think watertable near the sea is high, need to incur more cost in waterproofing. I hope the lian beng did a good caculation in their budget for the IR project.
