U really have insider news ah? Damn chun with the price movement.
58 million is equivalent to build one condo project. for IR, the quote is very cheap. The sand had blown out their budget by 1 over billions in construction. To build thing on reclaimed land is not easy and worst it is next to the sea, it need lot of expertise especially building under ground carpark or whatever due to the watertable issue and weak soil. I think watertable near the sea is high, need to incur more cost in waterproofing. I hope the lian beng did a good caculation in their budget for the IR project.
