U are right...simply B'cos there trade in many million of dollars everydays, day in n day out...whether on penny's. small, mid or big cap stocks.

A look back on MapletreeGCC ipo-ed performed. Prices will remain stable near to $1.10c  for this coming trading week where BBs interest  remain vested.  (think so)

Just re-freshing - those empat ribu (for illustration oni4,000 lots applied  = 320 lots)

As to ur question?. (Estimation ONI,  IPO apply for) 100 lots, if successful, allocated 6-8lots, for 50lots-4-5lots. Less then 50lots-1-3lots

Just sharing my thot,  n promoting stk/shr and or IPO interest in SJ.

Mapletree Greater China Commercial Trust Management Ltd will need to hold for 1-2 years before anyone vested want to see real profit margin...in between prices trading may go up n down.

Just re-freshing -- on sharing my thought.

Mapletree Greater China Commercial Trust (IPO)

IPO pricing set  to close on noon, next Tues, March 5,  expected  listing, trading  slated for  on March 7, 2013.,  afternoon at 14:00 hours. 

Mapletree is offering about 1.73 bil units. Price at  max-0.93 each.


Just sharing n discipating infomation.

STAG...for kopi mony....all pending risk appetite, it going to be fully subscribe (think so)

* Mapletree deal would be biggest REIT IPO in Singapore

* China-focused REIT to yield up to 6 pct in 2013-2014

* CBRE, AIA, Norway central bank among cornerstone investors

* IPO pricing set for Feb. 27, listing slated for March 7


Just my very own personnal opinion.

Am thinking so n if were to compare wth perennial, still prefer prennial as still blw nav n dividend of 0.019 will b given around 1st wk Aug. Whereas tis one hv to wait till next yr March.

Mapletree Greater China Commercial Trust Management Ltd. Offering Price: S$0.93 per Unit

Offering of 776,636,000 Units (subject to the Over-Allotment Option (as defined herein) The Public Offer offering of 265,357,000 Units (less 50,304,000 reserved)

  A strong support team from 11 Cornerstone.

The Mgr projects a yield of between 5.6% for FY2013/14 and 6.1% for FY2014/15. This IPO is price abit expensive but from a price to book perspective, it is transacted at " fair value" at 93c.  Upto 79.851mil maybe " overalloted" if the demand is overwhelming and for price stablization purpose. Market cap for this  IPO  is estimate at  $4.41 bil.

As to ur question?. - (Estimation ONI,  IPO apply) 100 lots, if successful, allocated 6-8lots, for  50lots-4-5lots. less then 50lots-1-3lots

Just sharing n promoting stk/shr and or IPO interest in SJ, Investors whom is on placement got 10lots is equivalent to .5 to 1.0mil shr apply (Just a personal thot - personal opinion ONI - think so) 

There's enough to 'satisfy' demand. I expecting a limited up side on debut day before it closed just above water.

just curious, anyone remembers got any past IPOs that had a BIGGER public retail tranche than this IPO's 215 million public tranche?
