On the way up, slowly but surely.  It has been lying for too long at below IPO price.   Looks as if the "manipulators" have accumulated for more than a year enough shares at low prices  and are ready to push it up soon. Grab them at the present "lelong " prices before others do! TA and FA are positive for LMA.

LMA shd break out of its consolidation phases soon and appears to be heading northwards.  Anyone knows the outcome of the Ambu appeal?  There seems to be buying up momentum ahead of the outcome of the appeal (likely to be in favour of LMA?)  for a takeoff. Its trading volumes have been low for some time and shd be on an upswing soon because of rotational play.

Isn't it  better to buy an "undervalued" stock than an "overvalued" one (i.e. one that analysts heaped praises, but whose price collapses later)?. Few seem to be interested in LMA whose users are every Tom Dick and Harry. " Manipulators" have been intentionally suppressing the price so as to be able to buy low and to weed out the weak holders. They have lost their patience and have started to load up.today by gobbling up the lots in the sell queue...

The volume in October will determine whether the entry prices projected are possible.  While buying low and selling high is possible, it's impossible always.  For LMA it may not happen anytime soon  because of the low daily volume, a sign that most are buying to keep, not just for  short term  contra play,  which forebodes well for this share.   Just to recap, it romped to $1.05 (its historical high) when it won another infringement suit.  Similarly,  it shd win the Ambu appeal, as it will be a victory for intellectual property right.

Can someone explain why Nostradamus's posting dated 1.10.06 on LMA is not in this thread. Nostradamus's posting dated 1.10.06 at 9.41 pm is reproduced for the benefits of all.

"Better entry prices for LMA  are at 0.70 & 0.685"

Patience is a virtue  when buying LMA (a grossly undervalued share compared to its peers).  It's consolidating and shd be the next share to watch as it will enjoy an upswing  very  soon through rotational play.   The  Ambu appeal will definitely be dismissed and a repeat of price upswing will occur as it did in March when another infringement suit was upheld.  With the low daily sell volume, buy today b4 the price gallops away!

Pity the "manipulators" who have been trying to buy  it "low" to ramp it up, and stockists who take minimum risk through rotational play by test "marketing".  They dump the shares at the end of the day , or when payment is due, if retail investors don't join in the game.

Many thanks for the update.  Stockists will always play on any fresh lead.  Previously, when LMA won an infringement court battle, the stock rallied upwards  to its historical high of $1.01.  In this respect, once the appeal is dismissed, which is very likely to happen, it should rally upwards again.  The copycats will definitely lose, but are appealing  just for  "fun"?.Any one knows whether it takes a long time for an appeal in Germany to be heard.

I think the legal issues in Germany are hanging over the share price. Granted it has an injunction against Ambu, but I think most long term investors are awaiting the outcome of Ambu's appeal.

LMA, like Biosensors, offers an evergreen product, except that sadly FEW stock players ( with sincere apologies to more seasoned players) realise their growth potentials.  The usage of their products is NOT cyclical in nature, and  are NOT aversely affected by geopolitical reasons.  In fact, they will always be profitable as human beings in the whole world will ONE day use one or both  the products at some point in their lives. Although they are not monopolies, and require heavy initial investments, their ROE is guaranteed (requiring initial patience to bear fruits) and can be better than  other ROE.

LMA is clearly on an uptrend reversal. Total volume: 464 lots with more buying up at 76cts and 765cts.  Clear sign that there is reluctance to sell below support at 76cts.  Very few lots done at 755cts!  A breakout should take place soon through rotational play, but not a sustained rally. A sustained rally will only take place if a stock's forecast profit is much much better every FY or if it reports additional forecast earnings growth  pending the release of the statutory reports.

Thanks Moneymatters for sharing your opinion.  Support level at 76 and 765 cents is strong. The punters have been playing LMA up and down  to collect the shares at below IPO price. As most of the weak holders appear to have been  weeded out , it is now NOT a punters' stock.  It was until recently. Growth or value investors should now consider buying it.  Please be patient and DO NOT  take profit at the slightest hint of an uptrend, otherwise the short sellers would then be laughing all the way to the bank.!

Pity the contra traders (daily, T+3  or T+5) who usually have to take the lead to try and ramp up a stock, hoping retail investors  will follow suit.  300 lots were sold down at 765cts at about  9.15am  today - call it betting on the wrong side of the game (Yesterday's close at 77cts with a total volume of 1029 lots has not materialised into a rally today - a false signal.). However,  on a good day, they can make thousands of $$$ by just paying the brokerage !

Closed today with a total volume of 1029 lots at 77cts. Should   "cheong" anytime soon because it has been uptrending with decent volumes since it hit  the historical lowest of 65cents on 8 June 2006 (total vol: 1326 lots). Decent volumes were recorded as follows:
12 June : 3182 lots closed at 68cts
15 June   1478 lots closed at 70cts
23 June   1010 lots close: 74cts
29 June  6025 lots close: 76 cts
30 June 1033 lots close: 765cts
9   July  1754 lots  close: 765cts
3  Aug    5628 lots close: 78cts
4  Aug   5873  lots close: 805cts
10 Aug  1124 lots close: 78cts
22 Aug  2186 lots close: 755cts
23 Aug  3122 lots close: 80cts
24 Aug  3571 lots close: 785cts
29 Aug 1055 lots  close: 77 cts
You can't  teach an old horse any  new tricks  as the above transactions are a  sign of a sustained upswing soon.  But, please be cautious as it may be in a brief  upswing (it happened on  23 August; low : 785cts;  high: 84cts)  to catch  contra players who may be forced  to S/L when payment is due.

Thank Moneymatters for being "money smart".  Better to buy a stock when there's a definite uptrend reversal. Its forecast earnings growth has improved.  Based on the small volume available in the sell queue, it means that placement investors have not been selling below its IPO price of 88 cents.  As its highest during a short uptrend was only $1.05 since its listing in March 2005, it should be on another uptrend to a higher price soon.

Have loaded up recently on LMA.  Will continue to collect if it goes lower.  At current price, 0.775, it offers significant 30-40% upside.

This "fundamentally and financially sound" laggard was listed at 88 cents in March 2005.  Its price has been moving upwards with reasonably high volumes (29/6:  6025 lots - close at 76 cts; 3/8:  5628 lots  - close at 78 cts; 4/98: 5873 - close at 805cents' 22/8: 3186 lots close at 755cts; 23/8: 3122 lots close at 80cts).  Better to accumulate it  when its price dips as based on TA and FA (not forgetting the latest helpful update of Nostradamus), the stock should "fly" through rotational play soon.  It has been having "forty winks" for too long, and should soon be "catapulted" into the air.  Any comments?

LMA has won a patent infringement suit against Germany's Ambu Deutschland, fuelling a rise in its price. The patent claim involves a feature used for strengthening masks, which has yet to be applied in LMA's airway products. A court has found that Ambu's laryngeal mask infringes LMA's patent and has ordered Ambu to stop selling the mask in Germany. Ambu will also be liable for any damages that have been and will be incurred by LMA in Germany.
