did i see wrongly? 4,000,000 over shares sell down to $0.20 at 11:08am 10/7/07. Any opinion with this counter? Maybe heading back to 0.185 if no strong support. 

 

Same same got small kopi $$$, take and buy back later....always leave some for other, seem abit "Bo lat to cheongg..."buy small oni lahh, cannot have chicken rice, i cut lost on some other counters and lose commission $$$ too, oni small kopi profit. putting all my $$$ into IPO..1st) RH Energy and later 2nd) China Angel food.. Just trying my luck to get back some $$$, vested 5lots in China Angel food.

The carrying value of the Company?s investment in Amanda is S$24.4

million. Under the terms of the Proposed Amanda Sale, CMBL would

purchase the Company?s entire interest in Amanda for the

Consideration, which shall be satisfied by the allotment and issue

177,694,317 Consideration Shares to CEL. Upon the completion of

the Proposed Transactions, the Company will have a net gain on

disposal of approximately S$13.8 million, while retaining an interest

in Amanda through its 37.7% equity interest in CMBL before the

Proposed Dividend-in-Specie;

 

Using my GA analysis, i think BBs may push it higher later in the afternoon. Let's see...

Mr Tan Choon Wee (CE Dir) a very good kaki of Credit Suisse, so Credit Suisse fully supported him (1) and Credit Suisse is pumping $35mil to buy up 49% of Yima power plant, so CEnersave can own 100% of Yima. Credit Suisse has alot of $$$, what is few apperciated cents if it equities in venturing into CE is appreciated by value adding an increases in capital gain, so there is really somethings those BBs can see...given that by year 2010, another 20 power plants or another word. CE profit will be rising by lap and bound and who can tell once those BBs getting together for a meeting to see what further value can enhance those value that they vested, surely share holder oso wanted to share those fruit and unlock it value once shares become a multi-bagger...:))

 

See opening and closing prices. buy some and hold, note PE Ratio is down to about 8x and expecting Cenersave to be profitable by 2.5x to 3x it previous year.
