Growth stocks value stocks or blue chip stocks etc..., in the first place will not transform become Penny stock as their past performance generally are accountable and good. While any past performance bad stocks will be dumped or abandoned by market and transform to become Penny stock as the price has reached or broke into < 10 cents. Hence, the only recovery on process stocks, strong or weak recoveries as a hope for us to invest for long term. Please be noted, it goes without saying, as long as Penny stocks as my stocks picked. I am mostly investing on the recovery story, but not betting as what you said.
