Yes, you all are correct ! I just check with broker, this round they are generous, for the 4th Qtr, they are giving dividends of S$0.02. the S$0.014 is already rewarded during last Sep 2009. It is damn confusing, what past is over, they should say only S$0.02 only this round .

 

So you are very sure, it pays up $0.02 cents and not $0.002 ? From the history records, this is a very conservative company, its history records shows that it always pay out less than one cents in dividends ! Means 0.0035 or whatsoever in example on past 2008 record !

 

If you don't believe, please dig the past records to compare ! I am having this counter for 6 yrs ! Hw much they pay every qtr, please check or call Dr. Wong.

 

It is 3.4 cents dividends and not 0.34 cents. So the yield is 12%

oh i see,,, if you type in dollar then it is 0.034 / 0.27 still 12.5% based on 27 cent price.

 

The dividends is calculate as (0.0034 / 0.27 ) X 100 = 1.25%, correct muay if  I am wrong !

Advanced Holdings just announced excellent set of results - profits up 27%, cash is up, NAV is up, PE is only 8. Their final dividend has been increased to 2 cents and together with the interim dividend of 1.4 cents means that the yield based on its last traded share price is a whooping 12.6%. They have also managed to win $8.5 million worth of new contracts recently bringing the order book to $41 million. Once their water treatment BOT plant in China becomes operational, I expect more regular streams of income.

annual report sure that longer due to many preparations and printing / distribution process

however, their announcement should be this wed 24 Feb

 

I was told that their 2009 annual report will only be released in end April? How come so long?
