news is the same...for now...rebound a bit but overall sentiment still weak...execution development over 10 to 15 years...from now to RTO next 2014....a lot of room for votality

my personal view, I will give this company a chance... looking into long term investment.
hope today will be a better day than yesterday for all/most of us.
 
I think we are like buying into a landbanking company. it is interesting to find out how the RTO would pan out and how are the financial calculations. I think we can give this company a chance to prove themselves.They are also a worthy developer.I dont think they are a fly by night stock company thats why the interest. SGX should not clamp down on all company that have high trading volumes or seek funding to expand or investors are willing buy their stories. Fairy tales dont always come true bjt some do like our little island.CHEERS.
 
How many understand Johor land policy? Next year 4-5 % tax + authority approval .......any capital gain tax? future GST etc ?
