master ipunter.. i think this post makes sense..
but the thing is.. u must really understand the FA and be very sure tat the price is a real cheap one..
ofc, cheap can get cheapter..
but this does not go well with trading cause holding is kinda bad for trading :)

God is talking.... He know everything, who is buying or selling.. from temesek to CPL directors... Even other funds buying he also know.... WOW... then how come he can buy 500lots all at 2.90, yet he choose to buy at 3.50.. Must be trying to disguise himself... Very difficult to master such skill.... Great!

this like that one la... funds short in the morning to make u " panick" ma, u sell and some short, later in the day, they chase up the price and u kanna :trap" thats why i am saying " nake" short and long are the most dagerous...funds are unpredictable. best method is still-- hold and let go (don bother) , next 3 months come back and see ....price will be different ,,, funds enemy is the long term investor,,they could not beat us... they short, too low, we buy and when they had enopughr they push up, and we benifit...no risk....at all so long u have the funds to hold.

u will be a 2nd citizen. cos others can withdraw all their cpf and u cannot , cos of the cap of 31k ........so what to do...accept it lo. save more money and buy property and hope foreigners rent from u...the only secret to wealth, u want to know, or any one wnat to know?

last time i bought only 600 psf in the 90s. friends say i am a fool.,.....fool i am...but sold a 1600psf in 2007....with rental 4500 per month....now left 1 unit at tanjong rhu...that one, rise very slow, but rental good...near 5000 per month to ang mos...
also means is time to find money to buy property lao.... i long eyeing the condos at meyer road. Nice apartments, facing the sea. Now at 1700 psf, if down to 1000 psf..chim lao....maybe buy 2 units and rent...
It mean property asset price will be going down sharply too.... lol

1) did u short--- again the question asked several times...during the price at 3.00...still dare not tell the truth.
2) seems u envious rich pple, esp better than u..poor chap, u simply could not take in richer friends than u. they are more richer than me. go tgo casinos and u will see filthy rich ones.
