Oil and Gas: 4Q09 results wrap

Maintain overweight. We maintain our OVERWEIGHT rating on the sector as industry fundamentals
remain intact. However, different parts of the oil and gas value chain experience different demand and
supply dynamics, which should be kept in mind during stock picking. The credit situation for newbuilds,
be it rigs or ships, continues to improve.

Our preferred picks are Sembcorp Marine [BUY, FV: S$4.58], Ezra Holdings [BUY, FV: S$2.54] and
Keppel Corp [BUY, FV: S$9.93].

Current price $3.87 / EPS $0.3393 = just PE 11+ only,
still full of "fei zhu rou" meats to munch ! Huat La!!!

I guess dividends will come first before price reach $4.  :)   Will monitor becos, this stock is always  like a big fat pig hanging infront of short sellers open mouth .   LOL!

Though uptrend, but,  once got own targeted profit, better sell .  Never rely on the Analysts' target price for none of the stocks ever hit target price.  If thier TP is $5.00 , i will sell at $4.
