Most stocks recovering lost ground at the beginning....its a sign of waking up..........warmth up for the day.some good one will sustain their little rise.the weaker ones will remain, one down one up almost stagnate.

weaker ones,   good ones... which are the ones ?

Generally world market have no   major problem at the moment since the US GOV quarrels......

Middle east after Iran got their new President,   Uncle Sam not so furious with its Nuclear development any more............. at one stage was Russia wants to help IRAN if Unlce sam decides on Military action...... during that tense time - OIL went up..........when the dust settles after Russian intervention........and eventual Presidential change.......dust have settles......   USA also have their internal squabbling temporarily solved ...it gave the world market jittery ans stocks fell that time...........

After the US problem solved........almost everyone   thought   market sure shoot up......then there was concern about job market in US.............and China's   factory output balance the situation.......

Other financial articles was saying Billionaires getting out of stock market because they anticipated that another worst crash   of   the financial sector is on the card..........   many fund houses got their funds stuck in the market..........can't pull out fast so hold and see how..............

Will there be an actual eventual market crash.....think thats what everyone is wondering also - the fact is no one have the answer...................

I think, ppl whom are holding on to little profits after seeing their   profits slides down fast from   the recent small bull run..........is pondering   if they should   sell and grab remaining little profits and stay out of the market for a while and see how the situation goes.......... let call this group JH (Jittering Holders)......

JH groups consist of some major fund houses as well.   They might be in the midst of a decision   whether to pull out their funds to salvage profits given uncertainty......

Someone may be asking than why DOW so green last night ?

I think its opportunist pushing it up ...after the red days before..... it may not be a sustainable up..........

Analysis say - DOW can't be going up forever.............so there will always be a down curve...

This down - red dawn situation may not be the caused of world instability or real crisis.its more like.................an interval where profiteers decides - enough profits already so sell.............take profit in large scale that cause chain reaction that looks like a pattern of small market crash...........

So Intermittent profits taking and   major financial house profit taking can cause.......... weak market........

Having say all - this are just some of my personal thoughts with no implication at all.

Just to share..........why market looks weak.........after US Gov re-open......supposed to chiong why ..one 2 days red than   shoot up green............

  I think world market is cautious at this moment and is looking out for signs before action - it can be either way...............drastic up or drastic down......

Its a point of   decision.... so this are also decision time for retail holders.......... which i think is also waiting for signs .........

ar " sign" what sign ..........   such are the mystery and unsure feeling of stock traders.........no one rally knows...... whats going to happen........

You look at me, I look at you.........then we look at others..........what the hack :) 

BUT I think if you have enough profit   or near your target already - grab them. be sure.   then regret when it gets diluted......:)

BUT things are in one's hand....its decision time......make a decision and live with it...no regrets.

MAS & SGX should review themselves! They are the one making people losing lots of money. Why control after the price moves up to $2 from penny?. They should do it much earlier. What they should do is to get these 3 counters to offer shareholders a price(maybe at their NAV) to get delisted or else they will still continue to haunt the market.
