You are right...
Stocks play can itself be treated as a business.
But to survive in the business, much skill, aptitude
and maturity is required, so as not to destroy the business...

to me,
whether trading with salary or  with inherited fortune, or profits from own business does not matter.....
the bottomline is having a good risk cum mony management plan and sticking strictly to it |

yeap,
totally cannot have the idea of " INCOME" in the stock market..
my intention is to build many goose that can hatch me a golden egg every year..
I have seen my uncles and colleagues that  are sitting on SIA, SGX,  F& N  etc for many years...
occasionally...they " sng-sng" abit with the market using the golden eggs..
for me..I start from scratch..so I got no other source of income but to use my wage now :)

Making money as an income in the stock market is not easy.
Any stock market player always need more money to play the market.
And that is why so many people supplement their income by teaching
                  others how to be millionaires...

successful traders don't need and don't want  to teach people the secret of winning?
just like we don't see Peter Lim conducting classes?

Why o why Bullish Aura doesn't want to teach us? Do you read us?
Could it be  having a constant stream of income is too easy for him and getting  unthrilling?

Very difficult to see the market trend these 2 weeks...Not easy, even the experts now say there is a  " hidden bull" .
Jo San Gaecia sifu..
I imply that there is nothing wrong with using mthly wage to trade...
but definitely not cashline, or whatever tools that can link with " borrowing"
although i have a cfd account ..i had never had a single trade on it :)

muifan, gaecia mei mei is abit blur...  do  you imply that  using monthly salary and cashline means  to trade is a  good way to be out of the rat race arh?  i din know that..

Thank you Ip-Man Sifu..
will always remember dont " sng-sng" with the market..
just that I am not born with a silver spoon..
thus have to use my wage to trade..
if not, i will forever in the rat race...
which I do not want or my future generations to be .. |

Thus,
I can confidently agree with you the stock market is a highly risky and dangerous place...
IF
I had not been here , or I had not read your principles,
or I had not learn from the diverse styles of many sifus here..
I know my risk will at least be reduced by 50% if I can apply your prudent principles..
it applies to me at least...

Although the stock market is technically not a casino,
it nevertheless has the real potential of 'broking' people (of all means).
Thus, young wage earners especially can least afford to be hit by losses.
For them, the probability of making money is very slim...

This is nothing personal... but just a general word of advice...
If you are a wage earner, you should not be playing shares at all...
Do not play shares... Not losing is already winning...

It is stating the obvious...
The same applies to the casino.
If one cannot afford to lose,
one should not go to the casino...
its always about playing within ur means n always play by how much u can lose as ur bank acct is e limit...not hw much u can win as it has no ceiling....
